This may be a longshot, but I am wondering if anyone has seen 豆腐餻, or TOUFUYOU, in any of the five boroughs or NJ.

This article describes it: http://aspara.asahi.com/mahoroba/logi...

Suibi serves a number of Okinawan dishes (though they don't appear on MenuPages); however, I don't think toufuyou makes an appearance. Someone who knows Mitsuwa may have a lead for you.

The short answer is no. But, you might find it at Mitsuwa as a special, since they tend to do little festivals of products from various prefectures in Japan. Maybe if they have an Okinawa fair, they might have some. But I wouldn't keep my hopes up.
