Burlington, Vt. or nearby area for nice dinner

I will be flying out of Burlington on a Monday morning to start my vacation however am planing to spend the night before in Burlington. Can anyone recommend a nice place for dinner for two to officially kick off our vacation? I remember once having dinner on Church street which was a type of Culinary school restaurant (can't remember the name). Does this place still exist? It was pretty good food. Any other suggestions would be appreciated !!

The culinary school restaurant run by NECI has closed and been replaced by a different restaurant run by other people.

My favorites are Taste (down on the waterfront),Trattoria Delia, or Leunig's, three very different types of food/restaurants.

One of my favorites is The Green Room. Ate dinner there once and it was fantastic! And they have great martinis too! :-)
