Texas-shaped red velvet cake

Bet you can guess what I'm looking for. I live in New York, but I'm getting married in Miami Beach in a few months. And I'd love for my fiance's groom's cake to be, you guessed it, a Texas-shaped red velvet cake. I've found a few places online that can do it, but was hoping for a few recommendations since I may not have a chance to do a tasting. Thanks!

There's an unusual request! May want to try IceBox

Good cakes and I suspect they'd be up for the task.

I would definitely check out Ana Paz Cakes, tel. 305 441 1875. She's located in Coral Gables...checked the website for you and it's "down" at the moment. I can personally vouch for her cakes and her work...I suppose she specializes mostly in traditional wedding cakes, but she uses the best ingredients which result in a truly phenomenally fresh and delicious cake. Her presentations are impeccable and can be as creative and "out there" as you want.
