Old Town Sacramento Restaurants

Besides Rio Cafe and Fats, And the Embassy eatery's, where else can one eat in old Sac within walking distance of that River boat hotel, The Delta King, I think. Looks like there will be 8 or so in our party. Isn't there a nice restaurant in an ally down there? Girls are not gonna want to walk far. Thanks

Here is a link to old sac rests.

If I was looking for something for lunch or funky casual try Fanny Ann's. The funkiest place in town, loads of fun and great burgers and fries and bar type food.

The Firehouse is good choice too for finer dining. Great patio.

The Pilot House on the Delta King is nice too for Old Sac food.

Fanny Ann's is a great suggestion. It has a medley of dining rooms going up several stories and I think it has the best, old Sacramento, atmosphere of any place in that area. And the food is good, if strictly burgers and other bar food.

I think Rio Cafe is pretty boring (foodwise) and a bit overpriced, but everyone will be able to find something there and it has a good location.

    2. Has anyone tried Tunel 21? Just checked out their website but haven't been to the restaurant.
