HELP! Im DYING for a decent lunch option!

I work up off of 119th St and 32nd Ave and I am in a tough lunch time predicament. On Tues, Thurs, and Fri, the owners, my boss, and I go to a country club for lunch. That is perfect. However, on Monday and Wednesday we need to get food from the area. It sucks. Our choices are basically Mc D's and Wendy's. We tried Subway, but the people who work at the one nearby make the shittiest sandwiches ever. Its like a little meat and veggies and then the smash it down so it looks like someone sat on the sandwich. We also tried Publix, but it takes about 30-45mins to get there and back and that is if we order ahead (which they have screwed up twice as well). Im in dire straits right now. I cant take another week of Wendy's or McD's (the salads and snack wraps arent a bad option, but I cant do that every week!). Please tell me there is a decent lunch place that delivers to the area!
Best Cuban in town is about a mile away! Molina's Ranch Restaurant 4100 E 8th Ave, Hialeah, FL (305) 687-0008 Order the specials on the board and live happily ever after.
Wednesdays, hit Roberto's Taco for Mexican delights - Roberto's Taco Shop - 405 W 49th St, Hialeah, FL (305) 821-6717 (2 miles)
Thanks for the suggestions. The guys here are pretty picky but have tried Robertos and said, "Awww, that place sucks". They did agree that Molina's is money though, which surprised me because I figured that they hated Cuban food (I think 1 of them does who I havent mentioned this to yet). Flanagan's is kinda tough to get to for lunch from here but I guess its an option. Where exactly is Lucy's? Keep in mind that were talking about 4 whiteys here. I have no problem standing out, but I dont wanna get shot over a plate of BBQ chicken haha.
Herbage, packing lunch takes time that I dont have. Thanks for bringing a big nothing to the table.
re: Blind Mind
you gotta get in your car (.)
Lucy's is ten blocks east..and I am not even sure they fire up the barbie before 3 or 4.
Flanagans should be just a quick spin out the Gratigny. You better make time for a brown bag! Or, perhaps you can find a "Cantina" to be delivered each day. 5 square meals a week cost like 25 bucks at most cubanarias or colombian joints! maybe Molina has one? Although, it's usually smallish places that do them. Let your fingers do the walking...
