LIQUORICE (LICORICE) TWIGS

Can anyone please tell me where in either Manhattan or the Bronx, I can purchase liquorice (licorice) twigs? They are not candy, and are the natural licorice. I have tried a few healthfood stores & have searched the web but cannot find anything like this in the U.S.. There is one place in Britain, but they are out of stock. Thanks very much.

    They should be available in any Chinese herb shop as they are used in traditional medicine - try Kam Man on Canal St.
