Check out the new Toronto Life that features Scot Woods in his new Digs Called Lucien.

There's a new issue out after the Real Estate one, I saw it on a newsstand the other day. It's the Best of Fall issue, I think, with an October cover date.

Lora Kirk of Truffles. However, in twenty years time she'll most probably br cooking in the Big Apple where all the real action is!

Perhaps New York is in her future because Lynn Crawford is there. Although I don't see Ms. Crawford receiving much culinary attention there since ICA competion...not even a mention in Manhatten chowhound board..ever..

As a New Yorker, I'd like to add that I hadn't heard of Lynn Crawford. When I googled her, I found she is the "executive chef" at the Four Seasons Hotel in NY. As far as I know, the only operating restaurant there is L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon...so if you'd like to boost the profile of a Canadian chef in NY, let us know where we might find her cooking.
And don't discount Toronto-I'd trade dozens of NY "trendy" restaurants for Pat Riley.

I'm voting for Michael Steh of Red's.

              Rab-bit!
