There are a few recently opened BYO's that fit your description:
Dune in Margate, recently had a great review by the Philadelphia Inquirer's food critic Craig LeBan. Great seafood but also meat dishes like Hangar steak and a Duck dish that's supposed to be great. Also top notch oysters, 1/2 price on thursday.
Sage in Ventnor, opened by notable area chef Lisa Savage. Have not personnaly eaten there yet but should be excellent.
Also as noted by another poster, Manna, also Ventnor I think, from another recently displaced area chef. Like Sage, Have not personnaly eaten there yet but should be excellent.
Not new, but Little Saigon in AC is excellent as well.
