Looking for restaurant recommendations around the Atlantic City, Margate area. Would like a small quaint BYOB with great food. Not looking for the large hotel/boardwalk restaurants of the AC gambling scene. Thank you.

There are a couple really good restaurants in Margate/Ventnor. One is called Dune (609) 487-7450. It's a BYOB. The other is called Sage 609-823-2110 (brand new BYOB). Both chefs are excellent. I don't think you will be disappointed.

because these restaurants are small they are often booked a few weeks in advance, or as far ahead as they take reservations, so definitely plan ahead.
