A week in Antigua Carribean

We are spending a week near St. John's Antigua and need some advice regarding where and what to eat. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The island is 108 sq miles but do NOT limit yourself to St. Johns..

I used to live there..go yearly to see my family and own a travel business so know eats.

I will not give directions as you can ask there...(space and time)

Sheer - romantic and wonderful near Jolly Beach. Fine dining.

OJs or nearby Turners Beach for lunch on the sand/lobster..near Johnsons Point (Perfect after Fig Tree Drive excursion)

Roti King on St. Mary's in town for real honest to goodness Trini Roti and local fresh fruit juices

The Beach on Dickenson Bay for wifi, drinks and snacks..food is mediocre..great setting

      Russels on Fort James

      La Bussola on Runaway Bay

Chippie Wagon Wed. behind Siboney Hotel for real fish and chips and UK fare

      Abracadabra in English Harbour

Admiral's Inn for pumpkin soup on the historic harbour for lunch

Go to www.antigua-barbuda.org and click on the Newsgroup. You will find a wealth of information that will help you decide where to dine.
