Kosher in Zurich

Anyone have any info on the kosher food situation in any of the following swiss cities-Zürich,Chur and Parpan. I assume it will only be in Zürich where I will be able to find kosher food-any recs on restaurants or supermarkets?

Nothing specific, but I can tell you that the meat we had at our wedding in Budapest came from Zurich and so did the old SwissAir kosher meals, so there must be something decent there.
