Best Salumerias - Little Italy

I'm looking for the best salumerias in terms of quality/price in both central Little Italy's (College and St Clair). If one shop is better for cheeses and another is better for meat products, that's fine.
I used to go there years ago before the change of ownership and recall good quality. I particularly liked the scamorza they got in weekly. How does the new ownership compare in terms of service, product selection and pricing? I know you stated satisfaction with the first two but I'm wondering if previous levels have been maintained, surpassed, or gone down.
I absolutely love Grande Cheese for this type of fair. Not in Little Italy but they do have a few stores throughout the north end of the city. If you can, go to their flagship store up in Maple, it's worth the trip. The give you a free ricotta or ravioli (your choice) with every $30 purchase and the best selections of all things Italian.
Here are the other locations in case they are closer. I usually hit the Orfus Rd one which is more than well stocked.
