Actually almost all the larger oriental stores will have shaoxing wine. I know both the larger stores here in Plano have it.

If I was going to make a single stop depending on where you are coming from, I would go to Central instead of Jimmey's. While Jimmey's has some additional items overall not a large enough quanitity of them to overshadow central.
