The hotel concierge recommended I dine at Cochon tomorrow night and I would like to get feedback if this is a good choice. Was in New orleans 8 weeks ago and had pleasure to dine at Galatoires,Brigstens, Acme Oyster Bar, Mr. B's Bistro, August, Mother's, and Bon Ton Cafe. How does Cochon measure up?
