I have many places I love, and could eat sushi every day... I am asking this for a friend:
are there any sushi places in Portland that have "wild" fish?
Can you farm tuna? I would think any decent place is using quality non-farmed salmon. (The word "wild" can be a little tricky; eg, does a hatchery fish count as wild?) Most sushi comes from one supplier. Better places like Murata and Hiroshi are able to go outside that supplier.
