    Do you want to just buy it or dine? Kanaloa is a good retail outlet for seafood in Santa Barbara.

      The Hungry Cat in SB is supposed to be the best seafood in the area. I haven't eaten there myself, but my wife said it was amazing. They do have a website and another location in LA (http://www.thehungrycat.com/)
