Best food- moderate prices

We are looking for the restaurants with the best food in the near North and Wrigleyville and moderate prices. Any comments on the West Town Tavern?

You can also check out some BYOB's. On the outside most of them look a little shady but for the most part, they have the same quality food as the high end downtown places and half the prices because you bring your drinks...

I like friendly restaurants with some sheen and flavorful, good-value food with some panache. Thus, I really like West Town Tavern, especially the tavern plate appetizer (something like that). WTT's Web site is a good one.
