A BIG apology to Craft

No one in my home (ggggrrrrrrr) told me Craft DID call to profusely apologize for cancelling my reservation, especially since it was my birthday dinner. They are not open on Sundays and like many of you said, OpenTable was not aware of it when accepting the resevation two weeks ago.

The message could not have been nicer, more heartfelt or apologetic. Please excuse me for flying off the handle - it was only the huge disappointment in not being able to eat in this wonderful restaurant that made me so distraught.

    1. Glad to hear they didn't stiff you, and so soon after their opening!

      You should post this mea culpa on the original thread, though, in case someone searches "Craft," and gets your complaint...

          but that thread (and this one) have been moved from the L.A. board to the Not About food board.

          Just go to the original thread and "Reply" to your original post - that'll let you type in what happened, and then click on "Post My Reply" and Viola! it's done.

          I'm glad to know that Craft did call and I hope that you get to eat there soon - and that your meal is incredible.
