How much do you tip the guy? And do you give it to him after he cooks? Or do you include in your general tip after you've eaten?
I tip him separately and give another tip to the rest of the waitstaff after I've had my meal. Is that the norm?
I know some servers at a teppanyaki place. They are required tip-out a specific percentage to the chef. So, just lip with leave a generous tip with your server.
I've never heard of tipping the teppanyaki chef...
