I'm traveling and wanted to try making Chris Schlesinger's recipe for lobster meat, grilled red onions, and truffle oil. (I happen to have leftover lobster meat...) But I've left my book at home.

If anyone has the book around, could you give me the gist of the recipe?

Paraphrased from page 105

2 medium red onions - sliced 1 inch thick
3 T olive oil
kosher salt and pepper
juice of one lemon
1/4 finely chopped scallions, both white and green
1/2 lb cooked lobster meat, medium dice
2 T white truffle oil

1. Build a multi level fire in the grill leaving 1/4 of the bottom with no coals. The rest of the coals should be stacked high on one side. The coals should be medium heat.

2. rub the onions with oil, salt and pepper. Grill for 5-7 minutes each side until they are golden brown. Transfer the onions to a bowl and add the lemon juice and scallions.

3. Divide the onions onto plates and pile the lobster meat on top. Sprinkle with the truffle oil.
