Good, moderately priced, near Columbus Circle

I am looking to have dinner somewhere near Columbus Circle this evening. I'm blanking on casual places (entrees around $20) in that neighborhood. Not really in the mood for Japanese or Thai or anything in that vein. A place with great cocktails would make it all the more enticing. Thanks!

I recently tried Havana. It was while not spectacular, Havana does serve surprising decent food at neighborhood restaurant prices and there was live cuban music during the meal. There's also a man rolling cigars in the window. Not bad for a moderately priced neighborhood spot.

A good casual spot about 6-7 blocks away is Island Burger and Shakes which is almost a dive but really a unique and great gem of a spot. Have really original burgers with over 55 options. Would not be a good spot to stop if you want drinks, but if its very casual then Island Burger is great.

N.B. The Black and White Malt is out of this world.

Greek Kitchen on 10th Ave near 58th St is an excellent, simple yet comfortable spot. Relatively quiet and under-appreciated due I suspect to its slightly off the path location. Still, a mere 5 - 10 min walk from Columbus Circle. Highly recommended.

Pikilia (assorted apps, especially skordalia and tzatziki), grilled shrimp, Greek salad, grilled fish (porgy, snapper), horta (steamed greens)...and not least, the Greek fries. My sense is it's pretty hard to miss at this place.

La Vineria, great Italian. Just very loud if they are filled up. The duck paperadelle is the best ever.

I like Serafina on 55th and B'way - reasonably priced, nice drinks and good vibe.

Check out Landmarc -- third floor of the Time-Warner building.
