Cactus Pear... where to find in Calgary?

I am going to be making a mexican buffet for August long weekend and one of the desserts is Cactus Pear sorbet. I've also seen them called prickly pear fruit. Anyone know where can I find these tricky things? I've occasionally seen them at Safeway, but not in the last week.

I would check the Asian supermarkets like Lambda or Tops along Centre St. near 16 Ave. NW or T&T in the NE. I believe I have seen cactus pears at certain times of year in those stores.

I was in T&T upon Harvest Hills today scouring the fruit/veg section for fresh green peppercorns still on their stalks (some hope!) - don't rmeember seeing any Cactus pears.

I do love T&T though - always come home with something interesting!

I thought I saw some at Boca Loca's on Northmount Dr NW, though I'm not 100% certain. Their # is 289-2202, 777 Nothmount Dr NW

Yes, Boca Loca had some on Thursday when I was there, also some cactus. There is another BL location in the south that I think is larger than the NW location.

Well, I ended up finding some at Co-op - thanks for the input.
