Restaurants on Greenwich Avenue

jackieparis Jul 26, 2007 11:17 AM

I noticed that there are a ton of great restaurants on Greenwich Avenue in the W.Village. Which ones would you recommend? I have tried Soy Luck Club already and love it. I'd be interested in knowing about good lunch spots and dinner options.

I haven't been to 41 Greenwich, but my daughter and the b.f. had dinner there and said the food was very good.

Oh, forgot about that one. Also been there for brunch only. Service was VERY SLOW and confused, so I haven't been back. Food was fine.

Isn't Sapore on Greenwich Ave? A hole in the wall very cheap italian place but the food is so good.

It is. I've only been for brunch, which was fine.

A Salt and Battery. It's not much of a restaurant, but those fish and chips are delicious.

Just ate at Sapore last night for the first time. So good, fresh, and really cheap!
