Toro for brunch?
Anyone tried Toro for brunch? I had a look at their brunch menu which seems interesting (churros - yum!) but wondering if anyone has first-hand experience. Thanks!

Yeah I went in the spring (can't remember any standouts, but I'm sure the menu is different now anyway). Tis a good time to go, and they serve outdoors too.

I actually went just a couple weeks ago and it was excellent. I was only there for a brief bite but everything we had was delicious. We had the Kobe "sliders, the Patatas Bravas and the Tortilla Espanola. It was busy but we did not have to wait to sit down. I can't wait to return to try more.

I really enjoyed brunch here. I recall a freshly made banana shake which was delicious. Definitely one of the better brunches in the area.

the food is delicious for brunch. The setbacks are that they dont serve alcohol until noon, but they only seat until 1:30. So if you are a late riser it may not work for you

Seems like a pretty small window of opportunity for a brunch cocktail, but good to know. Thanks.

The brunch is good, I think you can get a mimosa before Noon, but not positive. They have a PBJ on steroids that is really good: Marcona almond butter, membrillo and bananas on crunchy toast, really good; and the french toast is great too. Every time I've been there is has been pretty quiet, I don't think many people know they serve brunch. They also have some outdoor street-side seating.
