Payard...Any Dessert in Particular not to be Missed?

Going to Payard for restaurant Week tonight. I know that dessert is included, but I've never been before and heard that the desserts are unbelievable. I'm willing to forego the RW options and order something else (preferably chocolate). Any suggestions?

It's not chocolate, but my favorite there is the raspberry millefeuille. The little bombe cake is pretty good too. It's hard to go wrong at Payard when it comes to dessert...

Payard has dropped a bit since the golden days. All the Payard decorations used to be edible but when they switched to cardboard, I stopped going.

The best thing to do is walk by the display case and see what looks good. I second the bombe. Another option is to pass on dinner (since the food is only decent) and just order an entire boxfull of dessert to take home.
