Must-Drink on Beale Street?

If you were passing through and could only stop at one Beale Street bar, where would you go to get a feeling of what Beale Street (and Memphis) is all about?

I would go to Silky O'Sullivan's, especially if it is at night and the piano players are there. Be sure to feed the goats some beer.

Go to Blues City Cafe (corner of Beale and Main- can't get much more Mephis than that!) and have some tamales, then duck into the little bar in the back for a couple of ice cold beers...

Go to Dyer's - have a beer and watch burgers being made in the 100 year old grease. Amazing event for chowhounds!

Silky's with the goats is quintessential for me. Doesn't have the music that you can get at other places, but it brings back fun memories.
