Best Pancakes in NJ

I am looking for the best pancakes in NJ. Preferably not too far from Staten Island. I have heard the Country Pancake House in Ridgewood is awesome. Other recs have been Pj's Pancake House and the bRownstone diner in Jersey City although that seems a little too far. I would love places that have various types and choices of pancakes not just your run of the mill kinds. Thanks a lot everyone.

Well, for the best pancakes and other breakfast food is The Original Pancake House. You really must try them. We have always gone to their place in West Caldwell, but, now they have opened another on in Fort Lee.

You must get their Apple Pancake. It is awsome.
