Milwaukee - BBQ - Caterer for Parties? w/smoker?

Is there anyone in the Milwaukee area who does BBQ catering for parties? I need to find someone, hopefully with a portable smoker, who can do some mindblowing 'cue this weekend. Pulled Pork! Brats! Brisket! Thanks, Nuggets

You could try Rupena's. I don't know how much notice they would need, but it wouldn't hurt to try.

I can't think of anyone in town, on such short notice, who could come up with a smoker at the event. I've heard decent things about JT Bones on Capitol Dr. (and other locations?). I've never been a bit fan of Saz's, but they might be able to do it on short notice.

This weekend? You want a caterer in 2 days. Hmmm well Maple Creek Farms is great for pig roasts and I believe they also have barbeque items. Bunzel's is also good. But I'm not sure if they'd be available on short notice, but give it a try. You could also call Famous Dave's , they may be more equipped to handle a short notice.
