Specific Italian resto request
I think that it was on this board that I recently saw a reference to an Italian restaurant, but I can't find the posting. Here's what I remember. It's an informal place, not much attention to stemware (might even be tumblers?), run by a couple from Italy, absolute old-school cooking, and, for some reason, I keep thinking that it's on the Danforth. And, it was referred to with great affection. Help, please. I and a couple of kitchen rats are jonsing for that exact thing.

And foodyDudey wins the the fiver! It was Quattro Regazze I was trying to recall. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions. So many restos... so little time.
Cheers!

I would love to read your review. I'm in the neighbourhood and only found out today (thanks to chowhound) that Europe Planet had undergone the restaurant make-over and been transformed into this Quattro4Regazze, according to this thread

Was it the RM-transformed Europlanet now called Quattro4ragazze? There was some discussion of it in the past.

Could you be thinking of Seven Numbers on the Danforth?
