They carried aged prime, at least I've seen it. Perhaps it's different in FL but Costco carries very good choice beef. You have to buy 3-4 steaks at once but it's good and priced very reasonable. After that article they sold out, and I had to get on a waiting list to order any (limit 2 prcustomer). They are on their way so I haven't tasted them yet. I have been very satisfied with ribeyes from Tallgrass. Very juicy, lots of flavor. Both these outfits sell nothing but grass-fed beef, with no hormones and antibiotics. I have tried most of the others and AB is the one I come back to. If you are going to use them right away, get the never frozen. If not, I have used the frozen ones after six months in the freezer and they were as good as, prime or Greg Norman from my best local butcher - Jimmy P's in Naples.
