25 Degrees redemption
A few weeks ago I went to 25 degrees for lunch and had a burger, fries and wine. I was not at all happy with my lunch, for a few reasons and left in a bad mood. I sent an email to the manager and got a very nice response and was asked to come back, on her, and give them another shot. I went today and had a burger, fries and a root beer. Everything was excellent. Truly an exceptional burger, and great fries. I really appreciate that the manager cared enough to ask me back and to ensure that my meal was good. I will go back and I'll take my friends.
If it's the woman with the long dark hair, she's working to put 25 Degrees in good shape. I got a burger that was not medium rare as I'd ordered it - she inspected it and agreed it was medium well - and had its cost removed from the check. (This was the second time in a row this had happened to my order, too.) The next time I ate lunch there, my burger was perfect. I looked around, and noticed she was standing behind the counter. After a bit of a slump in both food and service quality, I'm noticing a marked improvement all around.
