Oh, it's one of my favorite restaurants in the world. And in an area of such overblown, overpriced tourist traps, Louisa's is an oasis for me. It's really tiny- maybe only eight tables or so. The atmosphere is cozy and fun but not plush. Huge windowbox out front overflowing with nasturtiums and lobelia.Quirky paintings of fish on the tables, walls, bright colors of blues and greens. The menu is small-- maybe six appetizers and six or eight entrees, almost all of them fish. It's all clean, simple, and homemade tasting, and moderately priced. I know a couple who stay in Cape May for a week every summer, and eat at Louisa's almost every single night.

You're welcome, and I hope you have a wonderful meal. Be careful and make that reservation as early as they take them. I haven't been for a few years, and at least back then, you had to call whatever day it was (Tuesday?) first thing in the evening to make a reservation for any day in the week. It fills up very quickly.
