Favorite Panna Cotta recipes?
I made these beautiful honey panna cotta's in he spring for a dinner party.

They were topped with a black berry coulis and a few berries and a sprig of mint. Fast forwrd to Sat. Aug 4. a pizza extravaganza and I thought PC would be a good cool and light dessert. I am just having trouble deciding what type. any thoughts?

The creme fraiche panna cotta in "Sunday Suppers At Luques" is excellent. We really liked the tang from the creme fraiche. I topped it with macerated strawberries, as the local ones were coming in at the time. Think next time I'll try a bit less gelatin than the recipe calls for.
