ISO "heart healthy" cooking magazine

Looking for a good magazine that promotes the "heart healthy" lifestyle. Not vegetarian or diet, just healthy and tasty recipes. I currently get BON APPETIT and GOURMET and have been able to adapt many of the recipes but I'm looking for something a little more specific. We have always eaten well ... fresh ingredients, very little processed foods, whole grains, etc., but I did use bacon, butter, etc. in small doses for added flavor. Any thoughts?

    COOKING LIGHT!!

Love this magazine! Very healthy, for the most part, especially when you practice the "everything in moderation" rule... It also has great components of health and fitness in addition to the (typically) wonderful recipes and ideas.

Try Eating Well Magazine - my sister had a small EW cookbook filled with many recipes, and I copied several of them down because they sounded so good - and they were.
