I used to go to Benoit from time to time but haven't been there since Alain Ducasse's group took over. Now that it's been a while, would love to hear how it is doing under his stewardship?
I went a couple of weeks ago and it was excellent. The foie gras and the cassoulet were the best dishes we tasted. A classic bistro that's efinitely worth revisiting. Here are some photos and a write-up:http://gastrochic.blogspot.com/2007/0...
