Essential Chocolate Collection question

What do they have for sale to the public at their bakery? Would it just be the cookies, brownies, drinks and the like, or do they offer cakes by the slice as well?

I can't say I have any interest whatsoever in the brownies, cookies, and the like. I take it there are no cheesecakes available by the slice?

I love their moonpies! I wish I had one right now. :)

The brownies are very good, but the chocolates are awful and have an odd texture and aftertaste. They had some lovely-looking moonpies too.

Geeze, awful is a pretty strong word. I'd use it for Hershey's.

If you just walk in, you can get the brownies--delicious, made using three kinds of chocolates, but a bit too many nuts for me. Also, cookies. And very nice chocolates, similar to L'Artisan du Chocolat.
Her business is mostly for special orders/catering, she has a whole menu of cakes, cheesecakes, pies, tarts, cookies and moon pies.
