I love to read great books about food and cooking from those who have traveled (and eaten) more than I have. I've just finished Ruth Richls book, and have read at least one of Anthony Bourdains books. (He's Hysterically Nasty) I even enjoy reading a good international cookbook. Can anyone recommend any interesting books about food, cooking and eating?

If you can find it "Alquimias Y Atmosferas del Sabor - Alta Cocina de Dona Carmen Titita" is an absolute feast for the eyes. Photography by Ignacio (Nacho) Urquiza is nothing short of visual food porn.

Au Pied de Cochon restaurant album. I don't know if it is available in the US yet. My DH ordered it from a bookstore for me in Montreal. It is real food porn. Comes with a CD rom about the restaurant too. Recipes too. See if you can find it, it is worth owning.
