Healthy dining near Nokia Theatre-West 45 St

This might be a ridiculous request, but I was wondering if there's anyplace near the Nokia Theatre where I can find dinner options that aren't fried or slathered in cheese.
I realize it's in the heart of the theatre district which means everything is touristy.
I haven't been here in years, so your recommendations are gratefully appreciated.
While you are bound to find tourists eating in many restaurants in the Theater District, every restaurant is *not* "touristy." And there are many places where you will find menus that have options other than fried foods and things laden with cheese. Here are two that I like:
West Bank Cafe, on 42nd St., b/t 9th & 10th Avs., serves excellent New American cuisine. Friendly, efficient service and very nice atmospherics.
Marseille, on the corner of 9th Av. & 44th St., is an attractive, bustling French/Mediterranean brasserie with very good food.
If you haven't been to West Bank in a long time, you're in for a treat. To be honest, I had never eaten there because the food never had a reputation for being anything special. However, about two years ago, the owners brought in a new chef, hired well-known chef Bill Telepan as a consultant, and completely overhauled the menu. That was what enticed me to try it, and I've been very impressed by the food.
Enjoy and Bon Appetit!
