I'll be in LA on business later this week, staying downtown. Any hints on a good but not too pricey dinner, preferably within walking distance of the Biltmore? Also, what do you recommend for a good cafe for breakfast/lunch anywhere in that downtown area or near the Civic Center? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
