65 degrees is still there. Sintra has been closed.

Nope, 65 Degrees is gone. It's being replaced by a Mediterranean/Italian place Riva Supper Club. It's supposed to have some of the same menu items as 65 Degrees, so I assume it's still under the same ownership.

Both were owned by the same owners, however, Sintra has been for sale for almost a year...65 Degrees may have been for sale either at the same time or later-I'm not sure.

No ill will to 65 Degrees or Sintra, but Utopia could sure use that space....

About time 65 finally fell to the ground! Just to confirm, both 65 and Coco Lezzone were owned by the same group...Sintra had nothing to do with either of them. Sintra will be transformed into a typical Little Italy 'Italian' hangout restaurant called Sorriso, while 65 will become a place called RIVA Supper Lounge. Rumour is that the chefs from Lobby and the ill-fated Fumetti are the new chefs. Should be interesting to see what happens in that space!

You, of course, are right. Sorry, when I was in the market for a restaurant space at different times I checked out both Sintra and Coco Lezzone-as each was for sale, I was confused and knew that 65 was connected with one or the other as I was surprised that they were opening one and selling the other....

I'm not sorry to see 65 degrees go. Absolutely horrible service the one time I was there, with medicore food.
