Short certificate cooking courses?
While I'm dreaming about a 12-week course at an Irish school called Ballymaloe, I realize that this might be not be so practical. What appeals to me about Ballymaloe is that the school has its own farm and gardens, so if you want to, you can learn how to milk cows (I have before, but I wouldn't mind more knowledge). Does this sound like anything we have here in the dear old U S of A.
