I would like to make angelfood cupcakes but am not sure they will rise--does anyone have experience with this? Thanks so much--I greatly appreciate it.
It did work to make cupcakes--they don't get very tall though, and if you put too much batter in the pan, they overflow and stick to the top of the pan and deflate when being removed. For the most part, the cupcakes seem fine but not ideal. There is too much crunchy surface area and not very much soft insides for the perfect angel food cake.
