Another plus: Though the place was obviously short-staffed last night, our server Mary was extremely pleasant, helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the menu. 28806 has the best food value in Asheville. Despite that service was still good as was bread, drinks (fancy martinis they now offer) and salads but my husband's NY Strip was very, very, bland and my empanadas appetizer was just plain boring.- and we did mention that they steak was a disappointment.
