Place to enjoy food and cocktails in North Scottsdale

I am trying to find a nice place to go for cocktails and apps or lite dinner and music in North Scottsdale. Any ideas at the Market Street on Pima? Done the whole Carefree/Cave Creek thing but we dont want to go all the way into mid to south Scottsdale.

    Sol Y Sombra is my fave up there. Great second floor birds nest patio and a neat ambiance inside with teriffic food.

      Sassi has a wonderful pianist in the bar most evenings. Try the lemoncello martini!
