Kool Beanz Tallahassee reopens and is great
Table for 4 at lunch today. Hummus so good we got another order. Two got spinach noodles with lamb, eggplant and feta. Another got a pasta with tasso ham, crawfish and andoille sausage. I tasted both and they were great. I had pork chops with sweet potato fries, black eyed peas and collards. Outstanding as always. Glad they are back after being out of service due to fire for a few weeks.

We had lunch there last week and everything was great except that the ale sauce on the flank steak which usually is a perfect balance of creamy and savory was way too salty. We had the signature fried oysters which were crispy and tasty as always. I'm glad they are open again.

Apologize for communicating via the CH Board, but we got zapped by lightening on Saturday when an undetected/unexpected thunderstorm essentially originalte over our house. No structural damage, but it fried our cordless phones, garage door opener, and the computer power supply (despite the surge protection). So it'll be a week or so before Dell ships the new parts to us and we're back up on line at home.
