Searching for the best Kebabs in Toronto/Scarborough
Last summer, I attended a friend's wedding in NYC. Some friends took me to a hole in the wall in Flushing called "Kabul Kebab". It's been a year, and I have yet to find a decent Kebab place in the 416. Any suggestions?

Bamiyan Kebob in Thorncliffe most definitely. Their fresh flat bread is certainly one of the best aroumd and accompanying salad is excellent! Several Kebobs are offered and you will have to ask your server at the cash as to spiciness.

There's a new Afghan kebab place in Flemingdon plaza (Don Mills just north of Overlea Blvd)...it's right at the front of the plaza next to the Food Basics...can't remember the name ...something like Razer (?) but it looks interesting...I also love Bamiyan but want to try this place out too...in the same plaza is a great Caribbean place called Caribbean Palms...yum

Bamiyan Kebab in Thorncliffe Park is pretty amazing. Definitely a hole-in-the-wall -- a spruced-up former fast-food joint in a non-descript strip mall, packed every night with South Asian and Afghan families.
Slightly more upscale and central: I had a fantastic kefta kebab tonight at Tabule, on Yonge, just north of Davisville. Lightly charred, yet moist inside, full of flavour, with great rice and grilled veggies.-----
