Ecuadorian restaurant in NYC?
There's El Rincon Del Sabor at 74 47th st on the 3rd floor. It's a hidden away spot with daily specials. Just went today for lunch. I don't know how authentic they are but I'm usually satisfied with their dishes. I had encebollado de pescado - a soup served with rice. I've also had their roas pork chop on wed and their shrimp ceviche (not the best i had but the other two dishes were excellent. Their meat and rice type dishes are very filling and cost 7 to 9 dollars.
