Very different places. Bistro Monet is a quite nice, a great addition to Glen Ellyn, keeping alive the work done its predecessor. I hope the folks who live near by can keep it as vital part of their neighborhood.
I was a huge fan a Bistro Banlieue and Sequel is better in almost every way. The menu is broader, the deserts a bit more refined, the wine list improves constantly. If it were in the center of Highland Park or a publicity hound of a chef it would be 10x better known...
