Camp Ramah New England in Palmer now has a guest house for shabbos, but I hear that Bruce and Plato in the kitchen left and there is a new food service company that isn't up to par. In Pittsfield there is a Chabad and a conservative shul. Call them.
you are correct about the guest house. it is amazing. the new food service is actually ok, depending on the meal, last shabbes was ok. visiting day - yesterday, was incredible! $8 for a meat meal after the siyyum. Afterall, this is camp.
