Indian spice box to go with the Ajanta cookbook. Great idea!

while having another amazing Indian feast today at Ajanta, I picked up their cookbook as a Christmas present to myself ($35). I had perused it before and it has all the dishes I love: prawns bhuna masala, tandoori portobello mushrooms, etc... Now they are offering a complete spice kit to go along with it. It has 30 indian spices and is $30...a $1 a spice. These are all the spices you need for the recipes in the cookbook. They are in little ziploc labeled baggies and placed in a nice box (that looks like a book). The name of the box was Shanti spice box and it says it was designed to accompany the cookbook (and packaged in Oakland). It says you can order spice bag refills from Ajanta when you run out. Ajanta's food is the best indian food I've ever had and now I can try making it at home myself. The owner personalised and signed the cookbook for me. Just thought it would make a great last minute gift for any foodies on your list.
on a similar gift note, Marshalls in El Cerrito had Le Cruset Stock pots for $30 earlier this week. I think they're usually $80. They also had their teapots.
